Agricultural risk assessments

Risk scores, drought indices, and yield anomaly estimates presented on this site are derived from publicly available open data and simplified statistical models. They do not account for all agronomic, hydrological, or microclimatic factors affecting actual crop performance. They should not be relied upon for operational, commercial, or financial decisions.

Solar siting analyses

Solar siting suitability scores and land-use assessments are indicative and based on coarse-resolution open data (CORINE land cover, SoilGrids, regional yield statistics). They do not substitute for site-specific technical, legal, or grid-connection assessments required for actual project development.

Data sources

The analyses on this site use publicly available open data from sources including DWD (Deutscher Wetterdienst), Eurostat / GISCO, ISRIC (SoilGrids), the Copernicus Land Monitoring Service, Destatis / Regionalstatistik Genesis, and the European Environment Agency. Each source is subject to its own licence terms — generally Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY) or equivalent open government licence. Original third-party data remains the property of its respective owners and is not redistributed here.
